Great coffee made from their own freshly roasted beans. They also offer a unique option using beans from Yunnan, China. The matcha lava cake is so good! Not many seats inside, but sitting ouside on a sunny day is perfect. Staff are very welcoming and warm.

A modern café run by a couple that’s passionate about coffee. Changing filter menu and a variety of espresso based drinks. Pastries (their own bakery) and other snacks available. Seating is limited inside. Probably my best coffee experience in Utrecht.

Really cute cafe in Utrecht owned by the lovely Vicky and Michael. They are very invested in the coffees which results in a really tasty elaborative filter menu. We had a miso chocolate cookie and carrot cake which were delicious. A lot of love and attention is put into this cafe which we can really appreciate

The basque cheesecake matcha is by far the best matcha pastry i have tasted! It was sweet, but not too sweet. It actually tasted like matcha, the good kind. Again, not too strong. Very beautiful and well balanced basque cheesecake. Would 100% come back for this one alone, one of a kind. Excited to try the other flavors and intrigued by the cinnamon buns multiple people specifically came for. I ordered a cappuccino with coconut milk. It was okay, for me it felt like the ratio espresso to milk was a bit off. I guess because they used 2 shots of espresso in a pretty small cup, or it could also be very well the coconutmilk! What stood out to me was the pretty slow and chill vibe. This also resulted in some customers waiting pretty long for their order when the cafe became a bit busy. Definitely a cafe you can enjoy more when you are not in a rush and when its less busy. The interior is a very open plan, with limited seating indoors and outdoors. Overall, a pretty good experience and would definitely come back again for the baked goods! Also the staff were very respectful and kind, thank you for the lovely experience.

Possibly the most cosiest coffee bar in Utrecht - with delicious matcha, filter coffee and pastries, I really wanted to try everything on the menu but already know I’ll be back many more times. The location is beautiful - in a historical industrial warehouse right by the canal. Inside, a record player spins vinyl music to add to the laidback atmosphere. The owners of the cafe, Vicky and Michael, are super passionate and so welcoming which makes a simple coffee run a lovely time! I’m so glad Utrecht has a spot like this, and I can’t wait to try more of your specialty drinks and pastries!

My favorite café in Utrecht. The owners are very sweet and invested in their customers. There are great options for non-coffee drinkers, my favorite of which is the Hojicha Late. For food, I would recommend the Hojicha cheesecake, the grilled cheese (sublime cheese) or breakfast platter.

Fufu: not only the name of their cat but also the coziest neighborhood cafe you will find in the Netherlands I love trying out new places but this is one of the spots you keep wanting to come back to. I normally pick matcha (which is really good here! They use round&round matcha:“mountain green”) but here it’s just like home; i can pick whatever i feel like. I have tried almost all the pastries but the ones i keep coming back for are the heavenly cheesecakes, not too sweet and such fun flavors!! My favorite is the hojicha The owners are the sweetest, most genuine and hardworking people i can’t wait to see how far this cafe will grow, because it truly had so much to offer and they have only been open for 3 months?! All in all: GO !!
